Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, embark on a tour of Nepal's capital. Explore the temple of the Living Goddess, Durbar Squares, and the historic Hanuman Dhoka Palace. Ascend to the ancient Swayambhunath Stupa, known as the Monkey Temple, offering panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at hotel Yak and Yeti.
Day 02: Discover Kathmandu's Treasures
Start your day with an optional exhilarating mountain flight to catch a glimpse of the majestic Himalayas, including Mount Everest. Then, explore the valley further. Visit the sacred Pashupatinath temple and witness devotees bathing in the holy Bagmati river. Continue to Bouddhanath Stupa, one of Asia's largest Buddhist shrines. Later, venture to the ancient city of Bhaktapur to marvel at its architectural wonders. Overnight at hotel Yak and Yeti.
Day 03: Journey to Chitwan National Park
Embark on a scenic drive to Chitwan National Park, a wildlife reserve teeming with rare animals and birds. Upon arrival, enjoy a guest briefing, followed by lunch. Experience an elephant-back safari or a nature walk with a boat ride on the Rapti River. Overnight at Jungle Villa Resort.
Day 04: Wildlife Exploration in Chitwan
Dive deeper into Chitwan National Park with jeep jungle drives, nature walks, and an elephant orientation. Explore nearby Tharu villages to learn about their culture and traditions. In the evening, be mesmerized by traditional Tharu dances. Overnight at Jungle Villa Resort.
Day 05: Drive to Picturesque Pokhara
Embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, nestled amidst the Annapurna and Fishtail mountains. Explore Davis Fall and the Tibetan village with its monastery. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the serene lakeside. Overnight at Fishtail Lodge.
Day 06: Discover Pokhara's Charms
Catch a breathtaking sunrise and panoramic views of the Himalayas from Sarangkot. Visit the revered Bindhyabasini temple and explore Pokhara's vibrant Old Bazaar. Take a boat trip on Phewa Lake and visit the island temple of Goddess Barahi. Overnight at Fishtail Lodge.
Day 07: Flight back to Kathmandu
Fly back to Kathmandu and explore the traditional Newari villages of Bungmati and Khokana. Gain insight into the primitive way of life that still exists in Nepal. Enjoy free time in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel Yak and Yeti.
Day 08: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your onward journey, bidding farewell to the enchanting land of Nepal
